- Online traffic and buying continued to rise through December 18.

- The shopping cart abandonment rate was lowest on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- The average items per cart and the average cart value was higher between November
27 - December 18 than any other period during the year.

people are made aware that the online market is a safe place to do business in, and
